Electronics Engineer

Your tasks ### * Ensure quality control of PCBA production processes (THT, wave soldering, selective soldering, mixed technology) and maintain control plans and acceptance criteria. * Support production teams in troubleshooting electronic failures and lead structured problem-solving activities (8D, 5 Why, root cause analysis). * Ensure reliability of electronic test systems (SPEA, Flying Probe, functional test benches) and implement corrective actions on test failures. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce internal defects and support New Product Introduction (NPI) with robust manufacturing and test processes. * Support supplier quality activities, define incoming inspection requirements, and contribute to the analysis of assemblies returned from the field.
