Job Description ## The Global Medical Core Capability Strategy Lead is a Director-level expert and the primary design and development lead for Takeda Medical-s global capability architecture. This role builds the intellectual foundation that Medical Excellence operates from, developing the competency frameworks, role archetypes, what good looks like descriptors, and capability roadmap that define what excellence looks like across Medical roles enterprise-wide. The role will be based in Zurich, Switzerland.
