Back of House Clerk

• Maintaining and ensuring the highest standards of a 5* superior Back of House • Ensuring that the Back of House runs smoothly and efficiently and that the Front of House have everything needed to provide excellent service • Assisting and supporting the overall functioning of the establishment • Supporting Maintenance Team with small reparatures and different tasks • Taking care of the regular supplies refilling and deliveries throughout the different departments • Performing basic admin duties and ordering supplies • Supporting with inventory management • Supporting with setting up and clearing out during events and caterings • Being the responsible for the Waste Management according to waste disposal requirements
