Revenue Growth Manager (m/f/d)

The Revenue Growth Manager is the key driver of developing, planning, and executing CCHBC's Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy within the Commercial Team. This role is responsible for leading the development and full execution of our portfolio, pricing, promotional and trade investment strategies, across all commercial functions. This role translates headline RGM plans into actionable initiatives that drive sustainable revenue growth, improve revenue quality, and maximize return on investment. The role also carries people leadership responsibility, developing and leading the RGM team while building commercial capabilities across the organization.
