On-call Night Supervisor

Tasks ## * Be present overnight from 20:45 to 07:45, with sleep options. * Assist residents with concerns via intercom during the night. * Communicate larger issues to day staff for support. Skills ## * Experience with disabilities or parenting preferred, but not required. * Ability to work irregular shifts, including weekends. * Strong communication and support skills required. At the Mettleneggen residential home, 25 residents with autism live and work. Most live together in groups of four. Three residents live in stacked studios. In addition to the night watch in the neighbouring house, an on-call night supervisor is present at night for these three residents. To complement the on-call team, we are immediately seeking an on-call night supervisor for 2 - 3 nights per month.
