Production Manager, Chromatography/DSP 80-100% (f/m/d)

Location: the actual location of this job is in Visp, Switzerland. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed. Based in Visp, the Production Manager DSP manages the operational activities of the manufacturing projects with chromatography steps in the new Drug Linker Asset with overall responsibility of manufacturing execution with regard to safety, quality and on-time-in full delivery. He/she leads an interdisciplinary team of production leaders, supervisors and specialists. He/she is accountable for the performance and results of the assigned projects including cost control. This is a highly visible role for a Production Chemist expert for DSP and Chromatography process, who wants to combine deep technical expertise with people leadership and a significant contribution to a growing Drug Linker Development and Manufacturing organization in the ADC market.
