We are looking for: Head of Logistics (a) your tasks * Leadership and management of 20-30 employees in outgoing goods * Active presence and direct team management * Ensuring smooth logistics operations across two shifts (07:45 AM to 06:45 PM) * Conducting employee and disciplinary discussions in English and German * Close cooperation with the logistics management team and procurement Qualifikationen your skills * Leadership experience in a logistic environment * Business-fluent English skills at a native level for challenging discussions * Passion for active people management * High stress resistance and resilience in a dynamic, multicultural environment * Strong communication and conflict resolution skills * Very good IT Skills (MS Office and ERP system) Is this the job for you?
