Your Team ## Our People in Deals team supports corporate and private equity clients throughout the transaction lifecycle. We identify and manage the people-related implications of acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs and reorganisations, from due diligence and deal preparation through execution and post-deal implementation. Working closely with other teams to ensure support for our clients. As part of a diverse and collaborative team, you will contribute to transaction projects in Switzerland and internationally.
