Head of Accounting

Your tasks: * Accounting and closing: Take responsibility for general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed\-asset accounting, and deliver timely monthly, quarterly and annual closes under Swiss GAAP FER and local statutory requirements. * Team leadership: Lead, coach and develop a team of three, setting clear priorities, building capabilities and ensuring consistently high\-quality work. * Tax and audit: Prepare or review tax and VAT returns and act as the main contact for external auditors and relevant authorities. * SAP and data quality: Act as the SAP FI key user, working with Finance and IT to ensure sound processes, reliable data, appropriate access rights and accurate reporting. * Project management: Lead finance projects, such as SAP implementations or shared service centre set\-up.
